About TASCOR
TASCOR officially was founded on August 1, 2006 by Ben Fischer and Tom Splain. The inaugural season of TASCOR racing for points and championships will kick off in 2007. TASCOR stands for Transatlantic Association of StockCar Online Racing.
The league's primary vision is to provide a league experience totally unique amongst any online racing associations around th world. The league's underlined focus is put on providing its members the most realistic, exciting and fascinating StockCar Online Racing challenge available. Another, no less important vision of this league is to encourage clean and safe racing amongst fellow competitors with the aim of fair and honorable competition.
TASCOR consists of one premier series, as the sanctioning body is going for the challenge of providing the most suitable level of StockCar competition to any member of the TASCOR racing community.
The TASCOR eDimensional Cup Series provides the most intense, cruel schedule of any series in TASCOR. In overall 36 races the champion is determined, with the addition of a cut-off named the 'Chase for the eDimensional Cup' following race number 26 at Richmond International Raceway each September. In a final 10-race shootout the champion is determined in a thrilling drive to the checkers in the Ford 250 at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The TASCOR eDimensional Cup Series also offers StockCar Racing's most prestigious and historical events as the Daytona 300, Brickyard 250 and the 300-lap race under the lights at Bristol in fall.
