CONCORD, North Carolina -- This weekend, the eDimensional Cup Series goes to its hometown track for the second consecutive weekend. After this past weekend's exciting eDimensional All-Star Race II, it will count again for everybody, all teams and drivers, for the second annual Coca-Cola 350.

| Ben Fischer won the Coca-Cola 350 last year - his first career Cup win, edging Alex Gerasimchik for the win by half a second. |
The Coca-Cola 350 is the longest race of the season, with a total of 351.0 long and grueling miles that the drivers have to endure and survive before one driver will get one of the biggest wins in his career.
The spring classic event counts as one of the top events in TASCOR every year and by most people is ranked right up there with the Daytona 300, Bristol fall race or the Brickyard 250.
"You definitely want to win one of those. It's just phenomenal to stand in that victory lane. It's really very special, because this is the home track for most of the teams. This is the grassroots of our sport and everybody puts especially big effort into winning this one. That just makes it so special if you get a win here, I think," last year's Coca-Cola 350 winner Ben Fischer said.
Fischer will try to defend his Coca-Cola 350 win this weekend and has to repeat a feat he's achieved last year. Because just like last year, he's coming to Lowe's Motor Speedway still winless in the season, after winning a total of eight races last year.
But Fischer himself doesn't consider him the favorite to win the race. "I'm sure Changyoun (Kim) and the 64 team will step it up after they weren't in the mix at the All-Star weekend. They're the team to beat at those speedways, no doubt. Hopefully we can bring our A-game and have something for them." Fischer added.
The 234-lap event will go green shortly after 3 pm CET on Saturday and be the 12th points race of the season. The winner will get no less than $350,000, easily making for one of the biggest purses of the year.
