Coming off his first victory of the year at Dover, and a two week break, Ben Fischer is atop this week's Power Rankings. The German born driver edged Changyoun Kim for the top spot who came short of winning back to back races by only one position.

The defending champ, David Topie is sitting tight though and holds a strong third spot.
Jeroen Anema meanwhile dropped out of the Power Rankings

Biggest Gain this week: Ben Fischer (+6)
Biggest Drop this week: Tom Splain (-2)
New this week: Voffka Bykoff, Ricard Pino, Jean Costa, Mark Agee
Dropped out: Jeroen Anema, Miguel Gomes, Normunds Sarma, Robert Hampton

Week 14 of 36, Pocono 300 at Pocono Raceway

Rank Prev Number Driver Comments
1 6 Ben Fischer It's been some time and we were concerned. But he eventually found victory lane at Dover, after some help by on track officials. We predict he's in for more wins now.
2 1 Changyoun Kim He once again had the car to beat at Dover but came up short after getting dumped on pit road. Umm... Pocono has the largest pit road on the schedule...
3 2 David Topie The defending champ is contuing to turn his season around with three consecutive top-fives. Pocono is one of his best tracks.
4 7 James Krahula James will count on the support of having a team-mate on track again Saturday at Pocono. With the teamwork SHR has shown, good things might be in store.
5 NR Voffka Bykoff Agee Motorsports had an up and down weekend at Dover, much like its season. Voffka's top-five confirmed one thing though: He can bounce back after bad races.
6 4 Tom Splain He was very frustrated with a couple wrecks he got caught up in at Dover. Heads up Tom! It's home track advantage this weekend!
7 NR Ricardo Pino His win at Martinsville seems like a long time ago. In the seven races since, he's scored three top-ten finishes, but he's getting more consistent.
8 NR Jean Costa Welcome back Jean! His hung-in-tough 12th place finisht at Dover earned him his first showing in the PR since Martinsville in March!
9 9 John Higman Jr. With summer coming up and temperatures rising, John is trying to explain the other drivers: "Just because it says Coors Light on the car, does not mean there is Coors Light in the car!"
10 NR Mark Agee At Dover, he certainly had his issues early on and was even involved in a few spins, but he crawled back all the way to a sixth place finish.
