DAYTONA BEACH, Florida -- TASCOR today announced that NaturalPoint® with its flagship product TrackIR™ will become the title sponsor of TASCOR's premier series.
Under the 1-year agreement with an option for 2008, NaturalPoint®, a leading manufacturer of innovative image tracking technology, will have unlimited opportunities to market and promote the TASCOR TrackIR™ Cup Series, beginning in the 2007 season.

NaturalPoint® will be able to promote its TrackIR™ product in a various ways, targeting fans across the globe. "While TASCOR is still a very new league heading into its inaugural season, our objective is to grow our sport and to expand and diversify our sponsorship base."
The TASCOR TrackIR Cup Series will consist of 36 championship points races at 23 tracks in 19 states, including events in the Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Miami areas.

TASCOR has a broad reach with 98 racing events in 25 states at 31 tracks. The sanctioning body for Transatlantic Stock Car Online Racing is headquartered in Daytona Beach, Fla. Based in Corvallis, Oregon, NaturalPoint® was founded to develop and bring to market high quality image tracking technology and unique computer control devices. The company was started in 1997 after founding engineer Jim Richardson's cousin was in a severe accident and could no longer communicate in any manner but eye movement.
Jim Richardson co-founded the company with Birch Zimmer, lead programmer, to pursue alternative input devices for people with disabilities. The TASCOR TrackIR™ Cup Series is set to kickoff its inaugural season February 11, 2007 with the TASCOR Shootout under the lights at Daytona International Speedway.
